Shrimp Dim Sum- Yum Yum!
- 2 stalks Green Onions, Minced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 13 pounds Raw Shrimp, Peel, Deveined And Tail Removed And Chopped
- Pepper To Taste
- 12 pieces Fresh Won Ton Skin Wrappers
- 1.
- Fill a double boiler with water over high heat and allow to come to a boil.
- 2.
- In a wok or small pan, saute green onion and garlic over medium heat until tender, around 3 minutes.
- 3.
- Place onion and garlic mixture over chopped shrimp.
- Season with pepper.
- 4.
- Place a teaspoon of shrimp mixture in the center of a won ton skin wrapper.
- Fold in half, creating a triangle.
- With a brush dipped into water, wet the sides of each wrapper and use a fork to seal.
- 5.
- Brush a little oil on a steaming basket so dumplings dont stick.
- Place 3-4 in the boiler at a time and steam for 8 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- Only 33 calories per dumpling!
- Makes 12 dumplings.
