Tomato Mustard Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 lg. tomato, seeded and minced
• 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp. capers

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. (Can be made one day ahead; cover and chill).
3. Serve this sauce with cool poached chicken or possibly blanched vegetables.
4. Yield: 1 1/2 c..
