Stuffed shells
- 6 oz jumbo shell pasta (1/2 of a box)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 can 15 ounces each - tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, and rinse well under cold water.
- Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in medium saucepan and simmer.
- Spray 8x8" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Ladle about 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of pan.
- Brown ground beef and drain, if necessary.
- Cool slightly.
- Combine cooked beef and all filling ingredients.
- Spoon into cooked shells and place in prepared pan.
- Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
