Easy Skillet Breakfast
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 4 OSCAR MAYER Smokies, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp.
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and Smokie Links; cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring occasionally.
- Mix eggs, milk and mustard in small bowl; pour evenly over potatoes and Smokie Links.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook 8 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover; heat until cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges.
