Roasted Mushrooms (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 13)

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Place mushrooms, stem side up, on oven tray.
  3. Roast, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingrediens in small bowl.
  5. Serve mushrooms topped with cheese mixture.
