Deli Coleslaw Recipe
- 1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 sm. onion, grated fine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour over shredded cabbage.
- Let sit in refrigerator 1-2 hrs before serving.
- Quick and Easy!
- Try mixing red cabbage and green for color or possibly even add in carrots.
