Deli Coleslaw Recipe

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour over shredded cabbage.
  4. Let sit in refrigerator 1-2 hrs before serving.
  5. Quick and Easy!
  6. Try mixing red cabbage and green for color or possibly even add in carrots.
