Ladybirds Savory Cheese Pots .
- 1 little foil case .
- 1/2 cup cheese of your choice - crumbled or cut into small pieces .
- 8 garlic chives - chopped finely
- 1 dozen sweet basil leaves - chopped finely
- 1 dozen oregano leaves - chopped finely
- 1 dozen parsley leaves - chopped finely
- 1 slice bacon or pastrami or sliced meat of your choice , optional - cut or torn into little pieces
- 3 drops hot chili sauce
- 4 pinch brown sugar
- 3 drops balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt
- 1 cracked black pepper .
- 1 small drizzle olive oil
- 1 spring onion - finely chopped
- take the little foil case and fill the bottom with half the crumbled cheese .
- sprinkle the garlic chives , sweet basil , oregano , parsley , over and around the cheese in the foil case .
- then add the drops of bolsamic vinegar around over top .
- now add the cold meat pieces , if using some , all over the herbs on the cheese in the foil case , season with salt and cracked black pepper .
- add the drops of chili sauce , scattered over the meat pieces in the prepared cheese herb foil case followed by 3 pinches of brown sugar on top .
- place the remaining of the crumbled up cheese , on top , all over and around , covering all the top .
- then drizzle with a little olive oil .
- sprinkle one small pinch of brown sugar on top and place filled foil case under a hot grill and cook on high until cheese has melted and Caramelized a little on top , the brown sugar will help it Caramelize nicely .
- once cheese has melted and browned remove from heat , add the chopped spring onions on top for garnish and serve hot .
