Campbell's Soup Casserole Sauce Mix Recipe

• 2 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. Cornstarch
• 1/4 c. Instant chicken bouillon
• 2 Tbsp. Dry onion flakes
• 1 tsp Crushed dry thyme
• 1 tsp Crushed dry basil
• 1/2 tsp Pepper

1. Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.
2. To substitute for one can condensed soup: Mix 1/3 c. of dry mix with 1 1/4 c. water in saucepan.
3. Cook and stir till thickened.
4. Add in cheese, mushroom bits or possibly celery to duplicate the canned soup in the recipe.
