Thai Broccoli Salad Recipe

  1. Combine peanut butter, Equal, warm water, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes till well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add in broccoli, red pepper, green onions and garlic.
  4. Stir-fry 3 to 4 min till vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter mix.
  6. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
