Mom's Spinach Quiche

  1. Cook spinach and drain.
  2. Blend cream cheese and spinach together; Allow mixture to cool.
  3. Add beaten eggs, then salt & pepper.
  4. Place grated Swiss in pie shell.
  5. Pour egg/spinach mixture over top.
  6. Top with parmesan cheese .
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
