Golden Squash Soup Recipe

  1. In 2 qt saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender, about 3 min.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Gradually stir in lowfat milk, broth, squash, and parsley.
  4. Cook and stir till mix comes to a boil.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with nutmeg, if you like.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
