Veal Stew Pendous Recipe
- 2 pound veal, cut into cubes
- 12 ounce. tomato juice
- 1 pkg. frzn peas
- 1 pkg. French style green beans
- 1 pkg. zucchini slices
- 1 tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. granulated brown sugar (twin)
- Garlic pwdr, salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Brown veal in Pam sprayed pan.
- Combine with tomato juice, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer till meat is tender or possibly pressure cook about 10 min.
- Add in frzn vegetables, and simmer till vegetables are done.
- Add in garlic pwdr, brown sugar substitute, and cinnamon.
- Serves 6.
