Quick Mexican Pasta Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) boxdried corkscrew macaroni
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 12 packet taco bell taco seasoning
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 12 cups cubed cheese
- 1 lb of your favorite precooked sausage, slice about 1/4 inch thick
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Cook pasta according to directions on the box, drain, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients, except eggs.
- Add the pasta and toss to combined.
- Top with the egg slices.
