cresent jalapeno poppers
- 4 each jalapeno chiles
- 1/3 cup boursin cheese with garlic n herbs
- 2 can pillsbury cresent rolls
- packages pepperoni
- wearing gloves, remove the stems from jalapeno; cut in half legnth wise and then horizontally, to make four slices.
- discard seeds.
- spoon about one teaspoon of cheese into each chile quarter.
- wrap 2 two or three pepperoni slices around chile
- fold into cresent roll.
- bake at 375, for twelve to fifteen min.
