cresent jalapeno poppers

  1. wearing gloves, remove the stems from jalapeno; cut in half legnth wise and then horizontally, to make four slices.
  2. discard seeds.
  3. spoon about one teaspoon of cheese into each chile quarter.
  4. wrap 2 two or three pepperoni slices around chile
  5. fold into cresent roll.
  6. bake at 375, for twelve to fifteen min.
