Pesto Chicken Baguette

• 110 g PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
• 1/4 cup basil pesto
• 20 g baby spinach leaves
• 200 g chicken breast fillet, cooked and sliced
• 1/3 cup semi sundried tomatoes
• 1/2 small red onion, sliced

1. COMBINE the PHILLY with the pesto then spread on the base of the baguette.
2. Top with the spinach, chicken, tomatoes and onion.
3. Close with baguette top and cut in half.
4. Serve immediately.
