Game Day Reuben Dip
- 12 ounces, weight Swiss Cheese, Chopped Or Shredded, Divided
- 1/2 pounds Deli Lean Corned Beef, Sliced And Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, fluid Bottle Of Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 cup Sauerkraut Drained
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Reserve about 1/4 cup Swiss cheese for topping.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into a cast iron skillet or glass dish of your choice, and top with reserved Swiss cheese.
- Pop into 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- Enjoy with dippers of your choosing!
