Japanese pancakes
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup S.R flour
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cabbage,thinly shredded
- 1 large chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup kiwpi mayo
- 1 long red chilli, sliced
- pre-heat oven to 180
- whisk eggs and 1 1/2 cups of cold water in a jug
- combine flour, mushrooms,onions and cabbage in a bowl.
- season with salt and pepper
- add egg mixture to flour mixture,
- stir to combine, stir through chicken
- heat fry pan, add oil,
- spoon a small amount of mixture into pan and cook for 2~3 each side till golden.
