Japanese pancakes

  1. pre-heat oven to 180
  2. whisk eggs and 1 1/2 cups of cold water in a jug
  3. combine flour, mushrooms,onions and cabbage in a bowl.
  4. season with salt and pepper
  5. add egg mixture to flour mixture,
  6. stir to combine, stir through chicken
  7. heat fry pan, add oil,
  8. spoon a small amount of mixture into pan and cook for 2~3 each side till golden.
