Spinach & Arugula Salad with Grilled Peaches for Two

  1. Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush onions and cut sides of peach halves with 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Grill peaches 6 min., turning occasionally and adding onions to the grill after 2 min.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Slice peaches and separate onions into rings.
  7. Combine spinach and arugula; place on platter.
  8. Top with peaches, onions, cheese and nuts.
  9. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
