Billie's Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 5 cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 20 ounces hash browns, cubed frozen
- 10 ounces broccoli, chopped, frozen
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 -1 12 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- On medium heat, disolve bullion in water.
- Add frozen hash browns and broccoli.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add cream of chicken soup and velveta cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- If wanting to add chicken, add cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces at this point and simmer until chicken is hot.
- Note: Leftovers (or planned overs) may be frozen.
