Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sour cream and parmesan cheese.
  2. Stir in artichokes, spinach and bell pepper.
  3. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover and bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with crackers.
