Crusty Beef Casserole
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground round
- 1 jar (3 lb.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 lb. fine noodles
- 10 oz. non-fat
- low-fat cheddar cheese
- Seasoned salt
- Brown meat and drain off any fat.
- Add onions and continue cooking until onions are transparent.
- Add sauce and heat through.
- Arrange casserole: Put a little sauce mixture on the bottom, top with half the noodles, half the sauce, half the cheese and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Arrange a second casserole dish the same way.
- Bake 1 hour at 325F.
