Garlic Blue Cheese Dressing
- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (2 cups)
- 2 cups salad oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Now
- Beat the blue cheese, salad oil, and olive oil until well combined.
- Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
- Add the eggs, and well.
- Add the lemon juice and garlic, mix thoroughly, and transfer to an airtight container.
- Refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.
- Later
- Mix well before serving.
