Spicy Pepper Shrimp

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat; add crushed pepper flakes (and shrimp if using uncooked).
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp if using precooked, and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2 or 3 minutes more (cook 2 or 3 minutes, even if you have already added the shrimp), stirring frequently; serve.
