Ham Slice With Red Pepper Recipe

  1. Slash the fat edges of ham, slice in several place or possibly prevent curling.
  2. In skillet heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter.
  4. Brown ham 4-5 min each side.
  5. Add in pepper slices and saute/fry 2-3 min longer.
  6. Meanwhile in saucepan combine pineapple syrup and brown sugar.
  7. Stir in mustard and ginger, mixing well.
  8. Simmer 5 min.
  9. Pour pineapple mix over ham.
  10. Cover and cook 10 min.
  11. Place pineapple slice on top.
  12. Cover and cook 5 min longer.
  13. Serves 4.
