Ultra-Simple Tuna and Tofu
- 1 to 2 blocks Tofu (silken or firm)
- 1 can Canned tuna in oil
- 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 enough to swoosh around the inner sides of the pot once Soy sauce
- 1 stalk Green onions or scallions
- Put the cut up tofu, tuna (with the oil), grated ginger and sake in a small pan, cover with the lid and start cooking on medium heat.
- When it's boiling and water is coming out of the tofu, put in a swoosh of soy sauce in the pan, and add some ripped up green onion.
- Reduce heat to low, and put the lid back on.
- Simmer for a while longer, shaking the pan occasionally.
- It's done when the tofu starts to take on some color.
