Ultra-Simple Tuna and Tofu

  1. Put the cut up tofu, tuna (with the oil), grated ginger and sake in a small pan, cover with the lid and start cooking on medium heat.
  2. When it's boiling and water is coming out of the tofu, put in a swoosh of soy sauce in the pan, and add some ripped up green onion.
  3. Reduce heat to low, and put the lid back on.
  4. Simmer for a while longer, shaking the pan occasionally.
  5. It's done when the tofu starts to take on some color.
