Enchiladas
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 can Salsa con queso
- 1 can Chili beans
- 1 envelope Taco seasoning
- 2 cup Grated cheddar
- 10 Tortillas
- Cook chicken in crockpot with salsa for 8-10 hours
- Shred chicken and mix with beans, salsa con queso and taco seasoning
- Roll chicken mixture with 1/4 cup of cheese in each tortilla
- Bake 25-30 minutes @ 375
