Quick Cassoulet
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stew vegetables, thawed
- 1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-3/4 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) cannellini beans, rinsed
- Cook vegetables in Dutch oven sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
- Add sausage; cook and stir 5 min.
- Stir in pasta sauce and water.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in beans; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
