Boneless Chuck Roast Recipe
- 4 lbs. chuck roast
- 1 c. water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Onions
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 bouillon cubes
- Place in covered saucepan, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 4 hrs.
- This can also be done in the oven.
- First brown beef, place in roasting pan, arrange vegetables, cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees for 4 hrs.
