So Easy with a Pressure Cooker! Boiled Chickpeas
- These are the chickpeas.
- I bought them at my supermarket for the regular price.
- They cost 291yen.
- Wash well, and soak overnight.
- Change the water, pour them into the pressure cooker and boil on high.
- When pressurized, lower the heat and cook for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for 10 minutes.
- Used as is for a salad.
- Used for an Israeli style croquette, falafel.
- You can freeze them right before frying.
- You can portion it and freeze.
