  1. shuck oysters and drizzle wine and lemon in them
  2. saute spinach in butter, make hollandaise sauce 1/2 cup
  3. crisp bacon and dice, add into each oyster, add bacon, spinach, lemon baked in oven 3 minutes...add hollandasie after out of oven serve.
  4. dash hot sauce on top
