Curried Lima Bean Casserole

  1. Cook limas as directed.
  2. Drain and save liquid.
  3. Combine onion, red pepper, soup and water in saucepan.
  4. Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat; blend sour cream and curry powder into soup mixture.
  5. Stir in limas.
  6. Turn mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Combine crumbs with melted butter.
  8. Add crumbled bacon. Sprinkle over mixture.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
