Radishes on Buttered Baguette
- 1 whole Fresh Baguette
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Radishes, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt (I Used Pyramid Sea Salt From Cyprus; You Could Also Use Fleur De Sel)
- 1/4 cups Fresh Dill (optional)
- 1.
- Slice the baguette into 1-centimeter-thick slices.
- 2.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread with 1/2 teaspoon butter.
- 3.
- Arrange the radish slices on each buttered slice of baguette.
- 4.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.
- 5.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill, as desired.
