Pepper Pork
- 3 lbs pork
- 1 onion
- 2 cups sweet peppers
- 1 cup spicy bbq sauce
- Chop onion and peppers.
- I like to use a mix of red, green and yellow peppers.
- Throw all of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook until meat is done.
- Strain and save liquid.
- Remove any bones.
- Chill liquid until fat separates and remove fat.
- Reduce liquid in Frying pan, when thick return other ingredients and heat.
- Serve over, noodles, rice or spaetzel.
