Grilled Onion Relish

  1. Brush onion slices with olive oil and grill for several minutes until tender.
  2. Remove onions from grill, seperate into rings and set aside.
  3. In saute pan, mix together mustard, sugar and cider vinegar.
  4. Add crushed red pepper if desired.
  5. Add onions to pan and toss to coat with mustard mixture.
  6. Heat thorougly.
  7. Serve alongside grilled meats or top burgers and brats with them.
  8. They are also great cold with sandwiches!
