Dijon-Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the mustard, oil and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss in the cauliflower; spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve.
