Homemade Salmon Broth
- 1 salmon, pieces from (head, bones, etc.)
- 2 cups water (or enough to cover the fish)
- Salt
- Fish spice mix
- Put salmon parts and water into pot and cook gently about 15 minutes.
- Remember to remove the foam.
- Add salt and spice mix to taste.
- Turn of the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Remove the fish parts.
