Brad's yummy easy cornbread

• 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 small can of sliced olives
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 fresh garden tomato, sliced

1. Mix corn muffin mix as directed on the package
2. Add cheese and mix.
3. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
4. Sprinkle olives on top.
5. Lay tomato slices on top.
6. Bake at 350 until cornbread is golden brown.
