Tangerine Seitan

  1. Combine seitan, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and sherry in slow cooker.
  2. Cover.
  3. Cook on low 6 hours.
  4. During last 30 minutes, add broccoli.
  5. Before serving, mix in tangerine segments and green onions.
  6. Serve over hot rice.
