Tuna Salad With Chilli Basil Pesto

  1. To make pesto:.
  2. Place chilli, garlic, parmesan, pine nuts and basil in processor, process until combined.
  3. Slowly add olive oil until pureed.
  4. Transfer to bowl and season.
  5. Set aside.
  6. To cook tuna:.
  7. Brush with oil and season.
  8. Grill to you liking.
  9. Cut tuna into chunks, add to other salad ingredients, season and top with pesto.
  10. Serve immediately.
