Baked Sea Bass With Spring Vegetables and Fragrant Herbs

  1. Gut and scale the bass, wash and dry it.
  2. Fill the belly with a sage leaf, a sprig of thyme and rosemary.
  3. Place the fish on a baking pan and add washed and cut vegetables.
  4. Add the oil, sprinkle with white wine, add salt and pepper.
  5. Put in hot oven for 25/30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
