Cranberry Clementine Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan combine fresh cranberries, clementines, orange and cranberry juices, sugar, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the dried cranberries and simmer for 10 to 15 more minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Eat warm or at room temp.
  6. Very berry!
