Pork And Sauerkraut Goulash Recipe

  1. Cut meat in 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. In skillet, combine pork, onion, garlic, dill and caraway with boiling water and bouillon.
  3. Boil and reduce heat.
  4. Simmer, covered 1 hour.
  5. Stir in paprika and sauerkraut and simmer 1 more hour.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat sour cream.
  7. Heat, don't boil.
  8. Pour over cooked new potatoes.
  9. Serves 6.
