Lakeside Potato Hash

  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Cut corn kernels off of the cobs and put in a lage mixing bowl.
  3. Add the potatoes, onion, and belle pepper and mix until blended.
  4. Stir in the oil until everything is well coated and then add the pepper and steak seasoning.
  5. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass pan.
  6. Pour the beer over the top and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until juices are bubbling.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
  9. Remove pan from oven and stir in cheese until melted then serve.
  10. Top with sour cream if you like.
