Baby Lima Beans with Onion

  1. In 10-inch skillet, prepare frozen baby lima beans as label directs.
  2. Drain lima beans well and set aside.
  3. Wipe skillet dry.
  4. In same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add celery with leaves, onion, and garlic, and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cooked lima beans, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper; heat through.
