Non-Dairy Brown Rice Amazake Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 125 grams Brown rice amazake
- 1/2 bag Strawberries (frozen are ok)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Strawberries and mint for decoration
- Lightly boil and drain the tofu and add it to a food processor along with the brown rice amazake.
- Blend until smooth.
- Once the mixture is creamy, add the strawberries and blend again.
- Add the lemon juice and salt to get your desired taste and mix again to finish.
- Transfer to serving dishes and chill Spruce up your yogurt cups by decorating with strawberries and mint if you like.
