Easy and Festive! Avocado and Salmon Tartare

  1. Dice all the ingredients.
  2. (Mince the onion.)
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and Krazy Salt.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Serving Suggestion Using a small dish for a mold, pack the tartare in the dish, then upturn it in the center of your serving platter.
  6. Scatter mixed leaves dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  7. Then serve!
