Easy and Festive! Avocado and Salmon Tartare
- 1/2 Avocado
- 100 grams Fresh salmon (sashimi grade)
- 1 Tomato, small
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespooon Olive oil
- 1 generous amount Krazy Salt
- Dice all the ingredients.
- (Mince the onion.)
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and Krazy Salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Serving Suggestion Using a small dish for a mold, pack the tartare in the dish, then upturn it in the center of your serving platter.
- Scatter mixed leaves dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Then serve!
