Filipino Pancit

  1. Saute in oil the garlic and onion.
  2. Add pork, chicken and ham and saute 1 minute.
  3. Add carrot, zucchini and cabbage.
  4. Saute 5 minutes.
  5. Add softened rice sticks, soy sauce, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well and cook another 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange in serving dish.
  7. Garnish with hard-cooked eggs.
