Chillied Cheese on Toast
- 4 slices ciabatta, loaf (cut on am angle to make the pieces larger)
- 8 spring onions, finely sliced
- 3 12 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 12 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried chili pepper flakes
- splash Worcestershire sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- green salad, to serve
- Heat grill to high, put the bread onto baking sheets, then grill until just golden on both sides.
- Mix the onions, tomatoes, cheese and chilli flakes in a bowl, then scoop out the toast.
- Shake over a little Worcestershire sauce and grill again until golden and melsted.
- Serve with a salad.
- Enjoy!
