Super Easy Lamb Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Oil shallow roasting pan.
  3. Pepper both sides of each chop.
  4. Place in roasting pan and rub 1 tsp of mustard onto the top of each chop.
  5. Bring to room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Roast mustard-side up for 15 minutes.

  9. Flip chops and put 1 tsp more mustard on each chop.
  10. Roast to your liking.
