Better-than-Fried Southwestern Chicken

• 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1. Pour dressing over chicken in bowl.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
3. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.
4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
5. Dip both sides of chicken in coating mixture; place in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
6. Bake 20 min.
7. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
