Better-than-Fried Southwestern Chicken
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Pour dressing over chicken in bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Dip both sides of chicken in coating mixture; place in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
